UEFA InterToto Cup '95

4 places (6 places from 1996 onwards) in the preliminary round (Aug 8/22 '95) of the UEFA Cup are at stake. Winners of the 12 groups and the 4 best runners-up qualify for the Round of 16. The 4 winners of the Quarter-Finals continue the competition within the context of the UEFA Cup. As such, the semi-finals will be part of the preliminary round of EC3 and the winners of the 2 semi finals go into the draw for the 1st round proper.
